Making payments with your phone or computer and DECU’s Digital Banking is now faster, easier, more convenient and more safe, and we’ve made sure that you get a smooth, personalized experience, no matter which device you use.
DECU’s Digital Banking also includes Zelle, a fast, safe and free way to send money to friends, family and other people you trust, no matter where they bank. With Zelle, you can send money to almost anyone you know and trust with a bank account in the U.S.
- Enroll your email or U.S. mobile number through DECU Digital Banking.
- Enter the preferred email address or U.S. mobile number of the recipient.
- Enter the amount to send.
- Your recipient gets a notification explaining how to complete the payment, simply and quickly.
We’re excited about our digital banking upgrades for your finances, with our smartphone app and online website, and all the time it saves you in a busy working day.
If you need to contact us for any reason, you’ll find an in-app message center that allows you to start a conversation with us anytime from anywhere.
