In 1935, Deere Employees Credit Union (DECU) opened its very first office in Moline, IL to serve the community of workers and their families at Deere & Company. We are an independent credit union wholly owned by our members and chartered under the laws of the State of Illinois.

Founded on the principles of commitment to our members, over the past 87 years DECU has grown to serve a global community of more than 60K people as an exclusive benefit for current and retired Deere & Company employees and their family members. Managing over $2B in assets and offering financial products and services to more than 72,000 members, DECU operates 24 branches located inside John Deere facilities in and around Waterloo, Dubuque, Quad Cities and Des Moines, Iowa, plus additional units throughout the United States.

Deere Employees Credit Union also welcomes the employees of Deere & Company contractors, wholly-owned subsidiaries and joint ventures, as well as the employees and families of John Deere Dealers.
