See why over 40,000 members choose Deere Employees Credit Union

DECU isn’t like a bank. We are a credit union, owned by our members, with owner participation accounts and access to cheaper credit than for-profit financial institutions. We are people with collective aspirations for what smart money planning can do, who work to anticipate your needs and build strength in your finances. Our job is to spot your future for you.

We Are DECU

We are your colleagues at DECU, we are part of your John Deere employee family and we are your neighbors. We live here and work right beside you every day of the week. Since 1935 our independent credit union has shown up every day for the opportunity to create, build and maintain a financial collective for you and your family.

DECU is here to improve your access to money. With online banking, our secure mobile app and 24/7 live email, chat and phone support, we are always open for your business.

DECU membership also comes with great credit union perks, like a fee-free Visa debit card, unlimited ATM transactions at over 80,000 cash terminals nationwide, automatic overdraft protection and free online financial education resources to help you tackle the basics of building your future.

We offer our members best-in-market rates on home mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, home equity and home improvement loans, as well as personal loans with better interest rates for members that save you money and help you consolidate your debt.

We Serve You

The only shareholders we answer to are our members, and that means getting things done quickly by phone, email or online rather than waiting in line. Our board is made up of members with no outside shareholders, and that allows us to focus on innovative products and services that make it easy and convenient to bank anywhere at any time.
